Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an amazing Hollywood actor and writer Her talents have won the attention of critics and acclaim. She's a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960 in North Carolina. She's the oldest of three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was the paratrooper. Her mother Anne works as a psychotherapist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Moore has moved frequently with her family because of the duties that her dad was employed in. It was difficult to make or maintain new acquaintances. The family moved to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she started appearing in plays. Moore began her career in theater off Broadway at New York, after she completed her degree. In an episode of The Edge of Night in 1985, she made her first on-screen appearance. In 1986, she played in the roles of Frannie as well as Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns. This was the show that became her break. She was on this show from 1988 to the present and was awarded an Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. In 1990, she made her debut as an actress in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Later she said it was the film with a small budget. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all produced by Robert Altman. She received several nominations and received praise for her initial film. Moore played her first main role on screen in Safe(1995). Moore is a renowned writer and actress. Her personal life, thus, is in the public domain. She married John Robin in 1984 and the couple divorced in 1995. Moore has two children with Bart Freundlich whom she later married in 2003. Moore's primary focus is on her friends, family as well as her career.
