Allyson Felix

Allyson Michel Felix was born on November 18, 1985. She was born in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordinand at Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix showed an early aptitude for athletics when she was attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. She discovered her sprinting ability at the moment. Felix finished second in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships within just 10 weeks, after the first time she tried out. Felix graduated from high school and signed an official contract for Adidas. In the year 2004, she enrolled in the University of Southern California, where her major was elementary education. Felix was awarded her first Olympic Medal in the 2004 Summer Olympics held in Athens Greece. Felix set a Junior World Record by sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 seconds. She became the youngest 200-meter world champion during the Helsinki World Championships. She defended this title in 2007 beating her longtime Jamaican rival Veronica Campbell. Felix was a regular competitor in London, Beijing Rio de Janeiro, and Tokyo. She was consistently within the top three places of every event.
